Fiona Chen

Head of Management 

Fiona is a student at Kaohsiung American School and serves as Head of Management for KAIMUN this year. With a strong passion for business and innovation, she is the president of her school’s Business Club. She’s also one of the founders of The Next Big Thing competition, a student-run business competition that focuses on creativity and entrepreneurship.

She recently completed a summer program with LVMH and is deeply interested in the fields of business, AI, and technology. As a computer science student, she also participated in the Girls Who Code Summer Program. Outside of KAIMUN, you’ll find her eating sushi, drinking matcha, or binge-watching Netflix shows.

Vanessa Tu

Head of Marketing

Vanessa is a rising senior at Kaohsiung American School with a strong interest in business and marketing. Together with a strong team of student leaders, she aspires to promote KAIMUN on an international scale, uniting participants from around the world through her passion for marketing. As a full Diploma Programme candidate, she has gained valuable experience through internships at Jolab, Jiu Zhen Nan, and the Kaohsiung Aquas. Besides academics, Vanessa enjoys dancing, playing volleyball, and listening to R&B and pop music. Her all-time favorite artist is Taylor Swift, and she is always eager to engage in a conversation about Swift.

Cindia Liu

Head of Student Recruitment
 

Originally from Taiwan, a rising senior from Kaohsiung American School Cindia participated in numerous clubs and activities at school along with 2 MUN experiences serving as press and admin. Cindia is a full diploma program candidate and is interested in basketball, piano, flute, and loves socializing and meeting new people. She previously organized the NOVA business competition, along with numerous sporting events such as TISSA, and AISA. She looks forward to meeting everyone at KAIMUN don’t be afraid to reach out and say hi!!!

Harrison Hong

Head of Banquet
 

Harrison Hong is a rising 11th grader at Kaohsiung American School and a committed IB Diploma candidate. Having grown up between Pacific Palisades, California and Kaohsiung, Taiwan, he brings a bicultural perspective to his academic and extracurricular life.

 

At school, Harrison is the founder of the Magic Club and serves as the Public Relations Officer for both the Film Club and the Entrepreneur Club. He is also a long-time member of the school orchestra, where he takes on a leadership role and supports younger musicians.

 

Outside of school, Harrison enjoys traveling with his family and learning from different cultures. He recently helped organize the World Conference for the Kaohsiung Liugui Association, reflecting his passion for community and heritage. As a member of the KAIMUN organizing team, Harrison is excited to support a platform that encourages dialogue, collaboration, and meaningful connections across cultures.

Tiffany Lin

Head of Press

President and founder of Morrison Academy Taipei’s Model UN, Tiffany is a rising senior who has been actively participating in conferences since middle school.


As Head of Press at KAIMUN, Tiffany combines her love for MUN with her experience managing her school’s athletic and student council social media accounts, ensuring exemplary publicity. Outside Model UN, Tiffany serves on the student council and competes in varsity sports. Off campus, she’s always having fun.

Annabelle Wu

Deputy Head of Press

Annabelle is a rising senior at Morrison Academy Taipei (MAT) and a passionate advocate for global awareness and diplomacy. She began her Model United Nations journey in 7th grade and has since participated in numerous conferences. Her commitment to MUN led her to co-found the MUN club at MAT, where she currently serves as Co-President, helping to mentor younger delegates. Outside of MUN, Annabelle enjoys reading novels and watching movies.

Megan Chang

Head of Design

After studying in Shanghai for a decade, Megan returned to Taiwan two years ago and is currently a junior at Kaohsiung American School. She was introduced to Model UN during her sophomore year and quickly developed a passion for discussing international affairs with fellow delegates at conferences across Taiwan. Outside of MUN, Megan is active in coding projects, volunteer work, and is learning American Sign Language. Otherwise, she enjoys vibing to jazz and watching Subway mukbangs late at night.

Troy Gibson

Deputy Head of Design

Troy Gibson is currently a Junior at KAS. He serves as the deputy head of Design, and his past experiences with design involve making the yearbook cover for KAS 2024-25, involvement in multiple internships at companies such as JOLAB International and SO-UP, as well as creating artworks for numerous fundraising activities involved with helping support indigenous communities in Taiwan.

 

 Troy’s contribution to KAIMUN comes with creating innovative designs that aim to deliver a brand image effectively and in a unique way. Troy will work together in this team to ensure that creativity will never die, even in an era of artificial intelligence.

Kyle Shien

Head of Technology

Originally from Taiwan, Kyle Shien first discovered MUN in high school and attended STMUN, where he developed an interest in global issues and diplomacy. He brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to every conference.

Kyle enjoys helping with the team’s work and learning from others in the MUN community. Outside of MUN, he likes reading.

Jack Hu

Head of Translations

Jack is originally from Taiwan and studies at Kaohsiung American School. He is currently a rising senior who actively takes on leadership roles in several clubs. As the head of translation for KAIMUN, he helps translate documents throughout, creating a smooth experience for all participants from foreign countries. Through this role, he is developing skills in teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. He looks forward to contributing to KAIMUN with responsibility and a positive attitude. Outside of school, he enjoys playing guitar and expressing himself through music.
