The banquet will be held on August 16th, 2025, from 18:00 to 20:00, following the conclusion of the first day's conference sessions.  The banquet will take place in the dining hall of the Kaohsiung American School (KAS) campus. All advisors, student officers, delegates, and admin staff are invited to attend.

The event will include a series of live performances by both invited artists and students.​

Formal attire is not required, but we ask that guests dress appropriately for a semi-formal school setting.
