At NVIDIA, Dr. Alexis Black serves as the general manager and vice president of DGX Cloud. She oversaw co-designed AI systems, compute/storage platforms, and custom silicon as Vice President of Infrastructure at Meta prior to joining NVIDIA. She also held executive positions at Intel, including VP of the Data Center Group and GM of the Connectivity Group, and was SVP and GM of Broadcom's Optical Systems Division. Alexis formerly served as Source Photonics' president. She has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Materials Science from MIT.

Mr. Neil Gibson serves as the American Institute in Taiwan Kaohsiung Branch Chief. Since joining the U.S. Department of State in 2009, he has served at the U.S. Embassy to Japan, the American Institute in Taiwan in Taipei, the U.S. Embassy to the Philippines, the U.S. Mission to the OECD in Paris, and the U.S. Embassy to Iraq. Mr. Gibson is a recipient of two Department of State Superior Honor Awards and the Sinclaire Language Award.Mr. Gibson holds a master’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business from California State University, Fresno.
