Refund Policy
Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We appreciate your interest in participating in our event. To ensure clarity and transparency for all participants, we have established the following refund and rescheduling policy, which applies to all individuals who sign up for the event.

No Refunds

Please be advised that all event sign-ups are considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Changes in personal schedule or availability
-
Illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies
-
Disagreements with event logistics, content, or structure
-
Inclement weather, unless deemed unsafe by the Kaohsiung Government

We understand that unexpected situations can arise; however, due to the nature of event planning, including, but not limited to, venue reservations, staffing, materials preparation, and other logistical arrangements, we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds or partial credits once registration is confirmed.

Weather-Related Rescheduling

In the event that unforeseen weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of participants or prevent the event from proceeding as scheduled, we reserve the right to postpone the event. Should this occur, the event will be rescheduled to a date exactly one week after the originally scheduled event date online. All existing registrations will remain valid and will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.

Participants are responsible for checking official communications from the event organizers (via email, text, or official website announcements) regarding any changes due to weather or other force majeure circumstances. No alternative dates or refunds will be offered for those unable to attend the rescheduled event.

Terms of Agreement

By completing your event registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund and Rescheduling Policy. Your acknowledgment of these terms is binding and applies regardless of individual circumstances that may prevent attendance.
We thank you for your cooperation and for supporting the success of our event through your understanding and commitment.
